Career Days OFFERS ONLINE WORK EXPERIENCE AND CAREER ADVICE TO HELP YOU CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE PATH.
CareerDays.co.uk is for any student aged 13-18 who wants to experience different careers or gain work experience in their chosen field. From medicine, law, performing arts, psychology, business or becoming a vet, we have a 1-day online event for you, designed to give you an insight into life in your chosen field.
You'll spend half of the day with experts in the field, gaining first hand knowledge of what life is really like in that career through a live online session with hundreds of other students from all over the world. Your tutors will give you an insight into life as a student, guide you through the application process and teach you how to secure a place to study at university.
After a break for lunch, you will spend the second part of the day gaining some work experience which will see you in good stead should you choose to pursue this career in the future. You will also be given the opportunity to ask the tutors any questions at all you have from the day, or in general, by taking part in a live Q&A. We’ll then provide a personalised certificate for you to use in your applications.
It's our aim that by the end of the day you'll have an in depth understanding of the career you are considering and be armed with all the necessary tools to make a successful application to university.
